Wish all that worked. The water starts bypassing after you add the blue sponge. Can’t take advantage of the filter power and the big basket. Needs to be run at the lowest speed.

I just started up a new tank to move my clown fish I've had for seven years . This was the first thing in George's (the clown fish) tank. Also using a Tidal 55 and Prime, Stability, Clarity, Maxtrix Carbon, Phosguard, Purigen, Marine Buffer, and AmGuard all at a arm's reach when needed. Also using Vibrant Sea for water changes. I'm calling George's new home, Tank Seachem.

Loooove these HOB Filters. 100% recommend 👌

I drilled a hole on lid and placed a co2 line inside. Need a HoB with this option included.

lol this product is such a let down… I bought this thinking it would help me secure rocks to driftwood and it works like shit. It’s crumbly, not sticky at all so it can’t actually stick to objects unless you wrap enough adhesive around the wood to join onto the rocks which looks ugly…. Just buy some water resistant adhesive glue, it’ll get the job done will less mess and stress

Absolut supersmart doser. This product is the best thing ever! Most dosers there is no way of expanding with only 1 extra doser. Also a nice feature is the lid that can be turned to the position you want handy for optimal cable management. ❤

Seachem you need to reformulate this, it is incredibly crumbly and awful to work with. I like the fact that it comes in brown/grey and not just white, but every other aspect of it is bad.

Ive been using Prime for a long time and it works amazingly well. Never has my pond water been tested to have any trace of chlorine. What really bothers me and I continue to question it, is that the 250ml bottle I have has a much much stronger chemical odor than the big 2 Liter jug I purchased on Amazon. I feel like the larger jug is diluted. Is that true? If we’re paying a lot more for the 2L jug, why would it be diluted in concentration over the smaller bottles? But with that said, the larger bottle still seems to work the same. Or…..has the chemical stench of Seachem just gotten better over the years and I didnt know it?

If you guys make another generation of this filter, figure out a way to add a pre-filter sponge! I have to zip-tie a bunch of sponge padding around the intake to keep my shrimp from getting sucked in. Otherwise awesome filter
